On last night’s Masterchef, (yes. I’m still single), the contestants had to produce a three course menu and “hero” the grape in every dish.
They went to all his trouble to mix grapes among goat curds, beetroot soils, picklings and relishes to come up with an entree, main and desert with fancy titles and all sorts of flavours.
I would have just gone Entree: Sav Blanc, Main: Rose, Desert -Cab Sav.
Can’t hero the grape much more than that in my eyes.
Unless you throw a cape on one.
